Hey folks,
Very excited to announce our new ibeatyou IM feature on the site! With ibeatyou Instant Messaging, you’ll see a bar on the bottom of your browser screen on every page of the site. With ibeatyou IM, you can:
- See which of your friends are currently online (both on their profile pages or in your friends list in the IM bar)
- Send messages directly to your friends from their profiles or from the IM bar
- Send IMs to non-friends by going to their profiles directly
- Send messages to friends who are offline
- Visit friends profiles directly from your friend list
- and more!
Of course, if you want to adjust your IM online and IM from your profile settings, you can always do so from your Edit Profile page.
Anyways, we’ve been working on this one for awhile and we know you guys have been asking for it, so we’ll just cut this blog post short and let you all get to chatting!
