I'd have to say Fred. I know I don't watch alot of NigaHiga, but Fred on Valentine's Day really made me LOL. Jus' like Fred Goes Swimming, Fred Auditions For a Play, and Fred Loses His Meds. (see more)

I love Fred, and some other characters he's done such as Retainer Boy, but NigaHiga is a lot more creative, and their instructional videos are HALARIOUS!

fred is just gay. he got lucky with his voice soundin cool. but i think its really annoying. nigahiga knows what he's doing and actually makes jokes unlike fred who just does that speed up of his voice (see more)
