Things that make you sleepy

People who have very long, MONOTONE conversations (usually about something very uninteresting) -- I have to try to disguise my yawning for something that must look like an awkward smile (sorry Monotone talkers)

When someone else YAWNS.. Starts a chain reaction... I'll be wide awake before the 'yawnfest', then after we pass it on 3 or 4 times around, I am definitely sleepy!! **y-a-w-n** (see more)

Well, I get REALLY speely when I lay down on my bed and watch tv. Maybe it's my temperpedic mattress lol.

Things that make me sleepy..

*Long movies...or a tv show like the history channel or cold case files I think its about the music they play or something or cause the people talk to much.

*Lectures ..specially when my teacher kumar speaks he has a weird accent.

*Whenever i see my sisters going to bed.. no im not a follower ..i juss get in the ima go to sleep too mood lol

*long car drives...

Pretty much every class at school including (but not limited to):
History, Chemistry, Calculus, Psychology, Economics, Arts & Ideas, etc.
ESPECIALLY when it's a lecture day or if the teacher has a monotone voice. Puts me to sleep every time haha (see more)

-Drinking alcohol..especially if it's late
-Boring books.
-Silly late night movies with shallow plots.

if its night and i get into a fight with someone i love and start crying, ill climb into bed and fall asleep because i get tired for some reason... (see more)

ok these are my ways to fall asleep, first i drink hot chocoalite, ya. then take a hot bath, and then watch tv, boring tv, then ul fall right asleep, ur welcome (see more)

SO the first thing that makes me sleepy is swimming. i love to swim but every time i get out i go and curl up on the edge of our pool and sleep.
