Because who wouldn't want to see the world's finest underwater basket weavers compete in an olympic size pool?? Keep in mind the display of hand eye coordination would be remarkable under 10 feet of chlorine and being able to hold your breath until you have a sack suitable for the finest of underwater picnics?
