Best IBY-like site

Whoever comes up with the best alternative site for IBY wins! I've always loved the concept behind IBY, (user made competitions specifically), but the site has been VERY dead for a long time now, and I have never been able to find a good substitute.

For the past one year IBY has started generating attraction,that's why large number of new comers(including me) have entered this site,and found it quite amusing that's why we are still here.many previous members have also returned to this site. It's true sometime it's very quite but the best part is when it seems dull you can always start your own competition and before you know it competitors start joining .You won't find this on that many sites.It seems it's members are the one who can make this site alive or dull because they have the power to create competition,now even Photo bucket are featuring IBY competitions on larger scale.So at present the best IBY -LIKE sight is non other than'' IBY 2012...The New Look'' (see more)

I guess the only real substitute I can think of would be YouTube, although there isn't really a competitive aspect. (see more)

The only other sub is Photobucket, and i Photobucket owns the rights to IBY now :( were trying to make a come back on this site
