if ur able to help em by alil change or help them getsum foood or wateva. let em feel like ppl out there care fo them.sum of them r lazyy yess but ya , still show em sum love. let em kno how much God loves em n cares fo em , n that they shud put their trust in him, n yes do seek help local church orwateva learn about Gods love n true plan fo they life. every1 on this earth is as imporatnt as any1 else , no 1 shud b neglected no matta their situation r flaws. Have you tried contacting your family members? or have you tried going to a shelter? maybe they can help you out.

...personally, I feel bad for homeless people, but is the change you give them really going to help them in the long run? probably not. =/ (see more)

Homeless people just piss me off, they are a polution to society, everyone goes thru rough times, but these people just give up on life and annoying everyone else for money....i have no sympathy for people who give up..booya! haha (see more)

Okay, not that everything that's being said is right or wrong, but I have lived on the streets for approx. 6 years. Was it a choice, sadly, yes. There are alot of things to say to a homeless person, but to yell "GET A JOB!" is over-rated. I mean think about it, say the person is a veteren, but got a dishonorable discharge for something he did...Now is it fair, to yell at a man that was willing to give HIS life for you and your country. I mean not all homeless people are like this, alot choose to be that way, just for kicks, no responsibilities, and the freedom. But unless they want the help, it doesn't matter what you say. And unless you know what's wrong is it fair for us to say anything? So to me the best thing really is to ask questions, and then offer advice. (see more)

There are people who can help you make a better life for yourself, go to a shelter or even if you're not religious, go to a church.. there are housing commissions in some cases and you need someone to help you get a job, even if its at the bottom.. start somewhere..
Its all well and good to say go get a job, but it's not that easy for a homeless person to type up a resume, get off the street and into a working situation straight out.. (see more)

now look i'd tell a homeless man to stop sealing...and GET A JOB ...you say you have kids? ok go and give them some food...stop living in boxes and keep geting loans.... your just like hungry kittens ... if i dont give you money you make me a idot and i know what... if i give you money you are my best friend ... get a life (see more)

I'm sorry but sitting here with your family and making 50cents a day will never do it. I know getting as much as that is a blessing for you but wake up! we are not living in that era anymore where you can buy a whole meal for just 30cents. The world is changing. No seriously, I agree that you should not give them any money. Food is better. That change will just go to cigarettes, alcohol or cheap forms of drugs ("glue").
My best response is "GET A JOB!" even if it means starting from the bottom or doing volunteer work in a community place, church, temple or charitable organization. (see more)

i dont think they really want advice. i never just give them change tho. i usualy buy them something to eat or drink--then i kno they really used it to benefit themselves.
i guess i would tell them that they can get through it and that God loves them and they are never alone.
