how green are you?

1. Went Vegetarian. *for moral reasons, but definitely affects the Earth in a great way.
2. Turn off lights that i'm not using.
3. I don't own my own car, so that helps the planet.

I want my son to grow up in a world where things aren't so imbalanced and it affects him as well as the next generation. He deserves a great future and we need to save this Earth! (see more)

i switch off all the lights when i go outside
i recycle a lot of things like wrapping materials, batteries..
i stop breathing sometimes, CO2 is not good for environment ^^ (see more)

I use cloth diapers for my kid not me. Not fun!!!

I take cold Showers. BRRRRR.

3. When im Forced to Drive some where i drive with the windows down and the aircon on so that the cold air escapes into the atmosphere cooling the globe (see more)

I've been using the same gift bags and boxes for friends and family 3 years running.

I use my own bag when I go shopping

I reuse, cooking cans, oil bottles and milk bottles

I use old mags and calendars for art projects with students

I read the news online, I don't buy the paper.

I am a marine life environmental study student and being green is very important to me so...

1. I UNPLUG my cellphone charger and YOU SHOULD TOO because when your phone is charging it only uses 5% so that adds up to ALOT of wasted energy when your phone isnt even attached (trust me you can look it up)

2. I moved so now I can walk to class, work and the grocery store...its good for the environment and me!

2. I RECYCLE!!!

4. I let my clothes and towels AIR DRY after washing

5. Definately turn those lights off when you leave the room (see more)

1) i switch off the light bulbs when no one is in the room. or open the curtains instead, if it's daytime.


2) Switch off electrical apliacnes when they are not in use...


3)don't waste papper, print or use both sides of papper


4)Recycle papper, card board, plastic / glass bottles, metal cans and compostable food


5)When it's a bit chilly i put on a jumper. if it's too cold i would switch the boiler on


6)switch off water when i'm brushing my teeth.


7) CARBON FOOTPRINT!!!
Don't go on airoplanes alot to go on holiday, there's plenty of things you could do that's closer to home...

Save water in all ways possible. One time I took a shower in water bottles. Another time I did in sprinklers.
And finally, I sometimes use flashlights for lighting. Usually when I'm "sleeping" but actually finishing homework.
