Best Way to Detox

Party a little too hard this weekend? What is the best way to detox when you need to help your body recover?

but when it comes to this, I consider myself one. LOL

Detox thoroughly, you definitely want to consider going a raw VEGAN ( not vegetarian but ither one works )

You should already be drynking a lot of water daily. At least 5 or 6 glasses.
Eating RAW vegetables and fruits, seeds and nuts cleanse the body, and easy way to explain and prove this is those have LiVE cells. "Life" other foods do not. Just pretend you're going to put those products into the ground. What do you get? More food. Pretend you put all other foods ( yes, including meat ) into the ground, what do you get? Mold.

So in order to cleanse yourself go raw-vegan for a few days. Buy a juicer ( it's fantastic makes yummy drynks ! ) If you want to drop a few pounds fast and HEALTHY this is a great way. My bf went 3days raw vegan lost 9 pounds :] and he's not starving hymself.

Drink 2 litres of water a day.
& drink green tea - it's an antioxidant! :D

Drink as much of a 30 pack of miller highlife that you can untill your guts start bubbling... that'll clean out your system for sure. After you destroy the bathroom drink a lot of water, and you'll be good. (see more)

1. drink water(prickly pear juice works best)
2, avoid sleeping
3. swim a mile or more(or someother cardio workout)
4. eat food heavy in protien and carbs
5. stay active the rest of the day

bonus tip: workout to build muscle mass, muslce holds more water then fat and will aid in recovey. (see more)

Haha i hated it at first ..But i drink it all the time now :D You must be a healthy boy.. i dont know many people that like green tea ha.
