You do the little window trick, you need a chair and a hook. You put the chair under the window your crawling out during the day, then find a hook. When you want to sneak out, you open the window, crawl onto the chair, and use the hook to ALMOST close the window, then place the hook in the window sill so it doesnt close on you. When you come back, you take the hook and open the window (see more)

you have set your pillows on your bed and cover it with a blanket so it would seem that your in our bed sleeping..but dont do this till the coast is clear, you can check by pretending to walk down to the kitchen to get "water" but in reality your checking if your parents are asleep. sometimes your just so nervous that you tend to bump into things and your parents get up and check.. its better to have that water in your hand than getting caught in the act.also you should stay in your pajamas, just place a bag with clothes by the door.so if the coast is clear open the back door/window slowly and get a piece of paper to block the hole so you dont lock yourself out and tape the outside on the bottom so the door doesnt open. then you can change to watever outfit youre goin to wear and your all set to go.. (see more)
