For me, there was no bigger influence... growing up without a Dad forced me to find a role model that had everything that it takes to stay positive and succeed.

When I was younger, if people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up - the answer was invariably "Vice President of Sales Training for Xerox." (That was my Dad's job...)
