BEST CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine the melted butter or margarine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours (75 minutes), basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings, until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.

Ingredients

1 quart Buttermilk
Blue cheese dressing
2 package (1.6 ounce) Buffalo Wing Seasoning
Celery
1/4 cup Hot Sauce Cucumber sliced
4 pound Chicken Wing
Carrot sliced

Instructions for Blazin Buttermilk Wings

In a large bowl, stir together buttermilk, wing seasoning, and hot sauce. Add wings and be sure all are coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Set up grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Oil grate when ready to start cooking. Remove wings from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill 12 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally, ending with skin-side down. (see more)

Get some hot sauce and some whirl (liquid butter). Pour in bowl and mix until flavor appropriate. Add some cinnamon, ginger, and salt and peps to taste.

Deep fry wings for 12 minutes until golden brown.
