How many times do you crack your knuckles?

Well i can crack my knuckles just by clinching my fist and its pretty loud. So 1-10 times atleast everyday. I forgot why but one day i was so angry and clinched my fist really tight and all my knuckles crack now i do it every once in a while for fun. (see more)

Ok on a given day, i would say 20- 35 times a day, the only reason is that i had both of my hand smashed between a boat in mexico last year, and after my hand reconstructions, i cant move my hands UNLESS i crack them CONSTANTLY.... but all in all ive been doin it like ever since i was maybe 11yrs old. and whats funny is that EVERY MALE in my family does it,i think its passed down or something (see more)
