-dont use plastic bags, when you go shopping, bring a big bag.
-turn off unused electricity in the house.
-Girls, stop using hairspray,either way, you guys look the same.It'll wash off.
-Gas prices are raising for a reason, stop using your freakin' awesome cars and what not.
-Stop smoking.
-Save your old scraps and recycle.

I agree that there is something we all can do. If everyone would do just a little, it would help. But it would not solve the problem - see, the root to the problem is industry. We need to get the industry (who pollutes more than anyone) to change their ways. And there are things we can't do, because it's the natural order or how the climate changes every few 1000 years. (see more)

A few years ago it was discovered that citrus peels are an excellent source of energy. Recently processes have been developed to convert up to 10,000 gallons of ethanol at a time. With the amount of citrus peel waste Florida alone puts out in a year (from making products like orange juice), 80 million gallons of ethanol a year could be produced! You're probably wondering the bad side of it. Well there is none. The only other use for citrus peels is to market it off at a low value cattle-feed. If all the other cirtus growing areas did the same with their waste, enough citrus ethanol could be produced for the whole state of Massachusetts! (see more)

I know this advice is not for everyone, but choosing to live as a vegetarian is actually the one choice you can make as a private citizen that’ll make the biggest difference. Industrial meat production is responsible for more CO2-emission than any other production process or any private use of cars. there was a news before in the philippines that a scientist invented a car that doesn't need fuel.. just water.. some japanese company were trying to buy the plan but he won't sell it.. he wants the filipinos to use it first.. after that i didn't heat bout it anymore..  (see more)

this is hard for me to say since i love those cars and im a car freak,but common who can afford this days to pay for gas for those cars they have a bad drinking habit.So give up muscle cars(God that was hard to write,could you ever forgive me).Or we can put new biodiesel engine in them,but its till expensive. (see more)
