Global Warming &&; "2012"

&&; all we do is contribute negative things to it rather than positive. =\ Yes, I most-definitely believe in global warming. Why? Because it's proven and it's not a myth, just because you can't see something doesn't mean it's not there and happening. Earth has the power to keep life going - i think it also has the power to do the opposite, as well. One of the biggest polluters is methane. That comes from swamps, and gas of livestock. And you know what livestock is..I hope you do. I mean..it's bad for us to live near places that have pollution, right? Why woodn't it be bad for our planet as well? That's kinda how I look at it.
As for 2012..I think it is so wild how that calenders and everything point to it. All the theories...& most were right about other things too that happened in history!! It is likely it won't happen exactly on that day, but I think by then it's too late to go back and tri to help the environment..so yes I believe in that as well! Hmm, its kinda weird to think about the world ending &how its gunna happen! As much as i dont wanna believe the world is gonna end in 2012, the idea is the back of my mind.
If the world were to end in 2012, it would be due to global warming, thats my best bet!
EITHER somethings gonna fuckup the weather and we all burn and melt, OR we have a new ice age and freeze. Sounds kinda out there, but its always a possibility, who knows! (see more)

Global warming is real, and we caused it, with the start of the industrial age (through deforestation and burning fossil fuels mainly). I believe the Earth can recover, but we need to work on helping out.
I don't think the world will end 12/21/2012, but I wouldn't rule out some disaster happening. There's a lot of panic because the Mayan calendar, the "Bible Code", and the "lost book of Nostradamus" all point to the same timeframe - at a rare celestial alignment. Mayans (and others) were aware of this alignment and apparently built mythologies around it.
Even the Mayan prophesies don't predict total annihilation in 2012. Maybe just the area the Mayan's once lived will get 'hit' ? If anyone is worried, read up on some survival skills.

I believe in the effects of global warming. Somehow we can see changes in he climate here in the Philippines and they say that Manila starts to sink because of the high water level in our bay. The 2012 Doomsday, you won't lose anything if you're going to be prepared. It was already predicted (i forgot his name, but he's so popular when it comes to predictions because they all came true). They say the second coming of the Lord is unknown but what if that's it, December 21, 2012. :) (see more)

Yes I believe in global warming do I think our end will be in 2012, no it will not, it will take hundreds of years for us to feel the effects of global warming, the fact that people are seriously freaking out over 2012 is kind of laughable really, the mayans calendar ends in 2012 but yeah so what? wasnt the world supposed to end in the year 2000 according to some other profit? and omg were still here? haha take it with a grain of salt and live ur lives (see more)

I have mixed feelings about global warming, I think it's just a scam to take money out peoples wallets and for corporations to expand, it's proven that over time the Earth goes through it's own natural climate changes,but I do definitely believe in protecting the environment and the animal/plant species that have always coexisted with us. But I feel almost 100percent sure about Nibiru or Planet X,what did our ancestors and our government know that we don't?Who knows I could be wrong=P? (see more)
