How do you get out of your sad/bad/negitive mood?

Music... simple as that... music helps me with everything... I'm not so good at talking to other people about my problems... but I can play music, and it will eventually go away. (see more)

Whenever I'm in a mood. I write down all the things I have to be grateful for. When you focus on the good things, it's hard to be sad about the bad things. (see more)

Well I usually listen to music like TrEHovA was saying. Usually it's something happy or sad, whatever comes up first when I shuffle the playlist.
Anyways, I'll talk with friends or family and sometimes I just sit and think for a bit about what's going on.
Well that's what I do but it doesn't always work. So I think the best thing really is to stay positive and don't let the little things get you down.  (see more)
