Best Way to Tell Someone They're Out of the Band

I'd have the rest of the band help me write a song about how the sucky band member is getting kicked out of the band, call a mandatory band meeting, and perform it for the member thats getting kicked out. u should simply explain to them how things r gonna change...bs: just tell the truth, that they cant play an instrument, they have no talents whatsoever, & that ppl think he/she is a horrible musician... you cant block out the sun with a finger (burn) :Dv (see more)
