You are a Shepard and you have three things a WOLF, GOAT,and CABAGE. there is a river right in front of you and you have to bring the animals across. You only get one animal or thing at a time. So what do you do.

Remeber- The goat will eat cabage

Two people bump into each other...they haven't seen each other since Vietnam.
Guy 1 Hey! How have you been?
Guy 2 Great! I got married and I have three daughters now
Guy 1 Really? How old are they?
Guy 2 Well, the product of their ages is 72, and the sum of their ages is the same as the number on that building over there..
Guy 1 Right, okay...oh wait ... hmm, I still don't know
Guy 2 Oh sorry, the oldest one just started to play the piano..!
Guy 1 Wonderful! My oldest is the same age!

And when he says "oh, my oldest just started to play piano," you know it would have to be the 8, 3, 3 for their ages because there is only one 8, unlike the two sixes...

Well, you find all possible divisors of 72, and add them up... and you will find that two sets of numbers (8, 3, 3) and (6, 6, 2) both add up to 14, which was what the number on the building was...

No...it isn't....here is a hint...the number on the building is important, but you don't need to know it...you can figure out what the number on the building was, too...
