It really depends on the facial, and quite possibly body, attributes when dealing with hair. Almost all girls can pull off long hair, but only a handful can rock the short hair. Personally, I don't mind either length. As long as the hair is long enough to brush it off the female's face to behind her ear. Cause you know I'm smooth like that :p Sike. Anyways, this is a really hard choice because there's a lot of pretty girls who can go with long or short. However, if I were to choose just one and ban the other style, it would have to be long hair. That seems to be a great universal look for all women.  (see more)

I like women with LONG hair. It's more feminine to have long hair. Sorry heavy metal rockers.
I like women with SHORT hair too. It's a cuter look for women to have short hair. Just not too short to the point where they're bald.
So in conclusion, I like women with LONG hair and SHORT hair. :) (see more)
