Oddest quote overheard in a MALE bathroom

I was traveling to visit my sisters in Iowa..There was a rest area along I-29 and my brother and I decided to stretch.

I was in the bathroom, using the urinal, when the man next to me looked at me and said, "Do you know why the South lost the war..?" Me: "No..?"

"It was because they ran out of resources...and Lee was a smart man.." Me: "Oh.."

I walked over to wash my hands and he followed me and kept talking:

"So I was watching the History Channel this week, and they had a special about it. The South could have actually won the war, you know...I saw it on that channel." Me: "Uhh...yeah I guess they could have..."

So I was about ready to leave now, and threw my towel into the wastebasket, and walked out into the hall, and met back up with my brother, to tell him about what just happened.

The man followed me.

He was like "So the South almost took over Washington, D.C. at the beginning of the war.."

At this time, I thought he was really weird and just walked out of the rest area.. (see more)

I was in toilets in Nandos restaurent in London, and overheard one man say to another, "no, let me show you how to put it in right"  (see more)

i was traveling to see my family in texas and stopped at a rest stop. i heard a guy in the next stall over say " i wonder if its supposed to look like that" i quickly got out of there (see more)

After having to get my friend to sneak me into the male bathroom, I overheard "Yeah we just did it outside. She didn't even take her snowboard off." (see more)

so i was sitting in the toilet cubicle and the guy next to me said do u have any toilet paper cause my rolls wet, so i pass him some toilet paper and then he said that your papers wet as well, but it was dry...then i left. (see more)
