I haven't been competing much lately b/c I'm busy & also b/c there aren't any good comps out! Seriously. If you're one of those people that create those comps like 'Pics of Miley Cyrus' or 'Funniest Google Pics' you need to go shoot yourself.
IBY now isn't the same as it was last year. IBY 08 was the SHIZZNIT! There were a lot of fun video comps & tag comps that got everybody interacting w/ each other & showed off their creativity.
Now-a-days nobody ever really talks to each other & IBYers [mostly the new people] are just in it for the points. Hence all the pointless comps that only require you to google a picture & don't involve any thought or imagination.
I've seen some of the old comps making a return & I hope both that & the tag comp I created will help make people start to come back & compete for fun instead of for points.
So help me people! Especially all the OG's! Come up with some fun new comps to get everyone back into competing! For FUN. Screw the points haha. (see more)

As many of you may have already heard, the wonderful and sweetest Andy or Cupidayo to many of you has passed away. It was heartbreaking waking up to this, cuz whether or not you were close to this guy, you could tell there was something so special about him, that made you love him. He was so happy and friendly, he could make anyone smile. Yes, his time here was much to short and to know he ended it so soon, breaks many of our hearts. My prayers and thoughts go out to his friends and family. I just wanna say this because i feel he was such a great guy and didn`t deserve this to happen. Babylove, i wish you would have realized how great and amazing you were, how LOVED you were, by soo many ! and how with you gone, you will be missed greatly, and forever loved by all. Uou made so many things going on in our lives seem better. I wish you could have seen it the same for yourself and still could have been here. Rest In Paradise, I hope you are in a good place now <3

So I just came back from kdizon's house like 15 minutes ago. And I am soooo tired! I had so much fun though! The party was fun! At least from what I can remember haha. Met some new IBYers! Joeybonezz, crackdownjr, Marjan, ImHungry & Waynester!
I wish I hadn't drank so much though! The couch & trash can were my best friends for about half the night -___- But WOW. I am NEVER going to get drunk ever again. So THANK YOU..to my wonderful bf Joshua & Ading Ashlyn for taking care of me!

i'm taking a break again. i had some shit happen last week that was messed up, and when i tried to get some resolution, i was ignored. then something was said to an "mvp" that made the higher ups freak out and chastise everyone who said something...wtf?
i've said from the get go that i understand this site is a business, therefore we must deal with ads and psuedo-celebrities joining, but when you start treating people with double standards, that's where it starts getting fucked up.
i'm still going to log on and be around, i can't quit completely, this site is a big part of me, but i'm done competing. this site is dying a slow painful death. but i feel like it could all be turned around with the proper handling of everyone, instead of letting people run wild and act like a bunch of retards. have some damn boundaries around here, and for god sakes, stick to the rules, if you're going to have them, then enforce them.  (see more)

Sorry for being a "crybaby" as you put it. The reason for my entry wasn't so I can bitch about how IBY 09 isn't IBY 08 anymore. I just wanted everyone to hear my opinion, hoping it'll motivate everyone to make IBY as much or actually MORE fun than 08.
I know I said "there aren't any good comps" & I admit I'm wrong in saying that. There ARE good comps out there but they're hard to find b/c IBY is flooded w/ meaningless, I'm-just-in-it-for-the-points comps.
What I want to see more of are text comps & VIDEO comps especially, that'll get ppl to interact w/ each other more & enter the damn comps for FUN. Points should only be a bonus.
You say I should create some & I DO have some video comp ideas. Excuuuse me for being a busy college girl who hasn't had the time to get started on those yet. But I will once summer rolls around.

...comes true. Battlecries aren't even used for their main purpose anymore =/. Alot of everyone seems busy and done with IBY, but some get the IBY mojo back for a bit, so we will see how this summer goes. It's funny how I said I was going to quit and lots of people told me not to, but they are now gone. Ironic XD. I'll take my time so I don't get bored faster because alot of you are a BIG part of my life & you all know my crazy RANDOMNESS. Well I broke up with Tina just right now. I just couldn't lie anymore I told her that I wanted someone else; well actually two people. I told her I was bisexual and that I was with a guy and I am. It's almost been a year since I've been here and a lot has changed. There's barely anyone on here who I still talk to. I feel completely alone, but I'm glad that there's a few of the old schools on here...if they were gone I would be too and I would become a nobody on IBY. My rank, points, entries, comments,smacktalks would be a thing of the past. I don't even make new friends on here because the 5th generation of IBY'ers are just IDK different. At least they aren't like the peewees during the summer who just brought TOTAL SHAME to the IBY game. It's just kind of tiring and hard to build new friendships since I made hundreds of close friends on here. But I'll do my best to talk to you guys. What happened to those awesome TAG comps that brought users together? Awarding IBYS to deserve entries? Thoughtful tempting comps? Thoughtful comments? When everyone was very into their videos and took the time to create & join video comps. I was hoping that this summer will be SUPER active like last summer and I hope it c (see more)

Okay so seems like everyone's loving my no explanations tag comp. But apparently nobody knows how to read because people are breaking the rules & EXPLAINING their answers. The name of the comp itself is NO EXPLANATIONS tag. And I even wrote in the rules that you MUST answer with only ONE word.
If your question was like 'what are your 3 favorite artists' I guess that could slide. And if your answer restates the question [ex: My favorite IBYer is gotgame] that's fine too.
But seriously, even something written in parenthesis I still count as explaining. So I'm going on fouling patrol. So if you get fouled out..don't bitch at ME, blame yourself for not reading the rules. Let alone the name of the COMP. (see more)
