cut back on fats, remember your fruits and vegetables, and some simple excercise, nothing extreme, aiming at what you want gone, 5 small meals a day, say no to fat when ever possible, and most of all you have to want it......dont beleive me? heres my pic! went from 176 to 128 ^_^ (see more)
