When they come over to complain, point to your hearing aids, and say this is the only way you can enjoy music anymore. Don't pay your garbage bill, on garbage day just put ur trash on thier lawn, need to fill up a pool? never fear your neigbor has a hose need to pee? use thier bush, when ur bored launch nickles at thier dog when thier outside set up a lawn chair facing them and stare at them without blinking until they leve (blink seldomly if nessesary) plan ahouse party and "accidenlty" put the address as ur nieghbors house, Everytime ur neighbor checks thier mail run up and drop kick them lol vote for me woohoo! (see more)
