Vegetables are the healthier food choice and it's unsaturated fat which lowers the cholesterol. Meat is often not healthy because it's saturated fat which is fattening. But some meat is also healthy, especially white meat because it has more iron. Meat is healthy for the hormones, making any male person a better lover. And meat is a better diet for a woman when she is pregnant. The best is a balance between the two, mostly on vegetables but as well some meat. (see more)
