ya apparently if you do that for 20 minutes and u cant see ur abs u can get a full 6 pack in the end

Even so. My bum never went higher than my shoulders and my knees never touched the ground. But you're right. I need to work on my form. I'm planing to do some others and bettering my form. It really hurts your back when you do it that way. d: Thanks for the helpful criticism!
