UPDATE: I HAVE BEEN ON A JUMPING PROGRAM FOR 12 WEEKS AND I CAN NOW DUNK ON 10' FEET WOOHOO AND I AM NOW 5'8"

Just for the record, I'm 18, 5'7", 185, and the rim is 8' even.

How low is the rim during the "mini hoop" dunks? I'd like to compete, but the rims I play on are 8-foot even. Let me know

I almost find it more impressive that you're 14 and know how you play around with videos on the computer....wish it was that easy when I was 14 back in '94
