When he was younger, he had a wart or something like a skin issue like that, then he scraped it on a tree and started growing tree out of his limbs and got growths of a tree, he is a perfectly normal person and has already gone into surgery to have it removed, Before he went, he Said to the camera, "i dont care if i make it, its better then living with this". I know for sure he said something around that.
