competition: Which player should be an All-Star? (ibeatyou NBA All-Star)

If a player ranks 5th in scoring how are they not in the all-star lineup? Just in his second year and already averaging 25.5 points per game and 6.7 rebounds per game. He ranks 4th in the NBA in total points at 1328 so far in the season and he still doesn't get nods for an all-star. Maybe next year he'll get some recognition.
