competition: Global Warming

I know this advice is not for everyone, but choosing to live as a vegetarian is actually the one choice you can make as a private citizen that’ll make the biggest difference. Industrial meat production is responsible for more CO2-emission than any other production process or any private use of cars. The carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels and the amounts of water and forest/cropland used to produce meat are daunting.
