competition: Funniest fact about your city/town/country

I live at PAYAPA ST. but I, myself, is wondering why it has this kind of name...

PAYAPA (peaceful)..but in our case...it's like the daily happenings are very much opposite to the name of our street...

U will experience to see ur neighbors chasing each other (with knife), making a lot of gossips, and u will see a huge number of kids running around there...it's like there's a FACTORY OF KIDS in our street....but I'm used to it and it's actually quite cool living in that kind of place....

actually, when there's a commotion there i just assumed that there's an artist there having a shooting or whatsoever! LOL...
