BALOT is a popular delicacy here in the Philppines. It's a FERTILIZED DUCK EGG! When you crack it open you'll actually see a chick inside with feathers and feet and everything.. The juice or "The soup" and the other parts actually tastes delicious..but the DUCK itself... HELL NO!
