competition: Worst thing you found in your food

When I was nine, I used to snack on cereal so one evening when my mom came home from the grocery store, I grabbed a box of Raisin Bran and went back to watching TV. I ate several handfuls before I realized that the "crumb" on my shirt was moving. The box was full of maggots. I brushed my teeth for like 2 hours after that.
