competition: Worst thing you found in your food

Was eating a roll one day on way to school. Was about halfway done when a teacher spotted me to ask me a question. After i finished speaking a blur of black caught my eye on the bottom of the roll. It was a cockroach that had been flattened into the bread. I threw it out.

After that, I couldn't eat stuff from that bakery again. . . . for a day. I got another one like two days later.
