competition: What were you afraid of as a CHILD? (Read Rules!)

I don't know why, but i was always afraid of water. I always had to wait 40 minutes after the other kids, to kill the fear and just jump into that delicious pool. I remember once when i tried the slide i almost drowned by the impact i had with the water. i was like "HELP I'M DROWNING" (even though my feet reached the ground) then one of my childhoodfriends helped me to the edge of the pool.
