It happened in the champions league (Soccer) in Liverpool Vs Arsenal. The referee didn't call a penalty kick for Arsenal, which was an obvious call and he was close to incident. And then in the second leg he called a non penalty incident a
penalty against Arsenal which caused them to be eliminated.
