no not really, i write as many as i can, apparantly and it kinda works on some of em, if you write em down they are less likley to happen again, so i mainly write down the not so positive dreams

just write as much as you remember it helps out a bit..then you wont sit and wonder

haha yes good idea... btu sometimes even imediatly after the wake up it's difficult lol
