there was no direct threat, there was a manufactured threat and people bought into it. The whole weapons of mass destruction... it was hyped to scare ppl into supporting a war they were uneasy with.

oh please! if the security of the US can be breached so easily, then 9/11 didn't teach the US anything. Stop wasting money in another country and beef up the ports in the US with all that money.
