competition: You're The President of the United States

My address (Almost humorously cliche < lazy to add an accent):
"My fellow Americans, tonight, as most of you already know, the United States was given a very stark reminder that terrorism is still a very real threat in this World. At 9:17pm eastern time, an explosion hit the StaplesCenter. Our emergency responders reacted quickly and professionally, promptly evacuating the building and treating the injured. As with the attacks on 9/11, the terrorists responsible will not go unpunished. We must show our resolve in the face of such hatred. We must take action. We have received intelligence that a terrorist organization in Pakistan is responsible for the attacks. Pakistan refuses to arrest those responsible. We will not tolerate this. I will take the proper course of action necessary to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice, by ANY means necessary. Stand strong in the face of this tragedy, pray for those involved, & God bless America."
