Awesome. I will have a 14 year old kid, Jackson Sartain try this. He won the State of Ohio Free Throw Championships -( 24-25) and finished 3rd in Michigan. He has won 10 free throw competitions. He also holds the 6th grade middle school record with 23-25 and the 8th grade record with 25-25. Check him out on You Tube (Jackson Sartain). He won the National 3-point Championships as a 6th grader in 2011 by making 15-17 in one minute with one ball. He then won the 7th grade National 3-Point Championships the next year 2012 by hitting 15-18 ion one minute with one ball. He is 45-53 (85%) in his last three competitive rounds. He beat 120 competitors and he beat the High School division with another 100 competitors. He is in Sports Illustrated for Kids , October 2012 as the Sports Kid of the Month.
