Get a microwavable cup.
Add 4 spoons flour.
Add 4 spoons sugar.
Add 1 - 2 spoons cocoa powder.
Add a little bit of baking soda.
Add 3 spoons oil.
Add 3 spoons milk.
Add a *little* bit of vinegar (Or Not)
Stir.
Microwave for about 2 min. 10 seconds
Eat!
