Bro' u do know that there are several young ladies in this competition that did substantially more sit-ups than you right?!?uh,dunno 'bout you,but i'd have 2 make another video to address that minor issue cuz that does NOT look good,LOL LOL!!!!<------kidding dude,i'm kiddin'...;-)

watching your sit-ups i'll have to remind myself to tell my personal trainer to put a nice,comfy,"spring-action" mattress under me to make things 90% easier,LOL! ! LOL!...<------KIDDING @janebug,jus kiddin'.....that was tough work!!.......(tuff work from the mattress that is...)<------AGAIN,KIDDING!!!hehe....;-)
