If you right click on the IBY logo under your entry text, then it shows Flash and you can Zoom in on the whole comp area.

Haha...the competition is all java, I am sure...But the profile pages and other is all HTML...

Im Pretty sure that IBY is a mix of: Ajax, Flash and PHP.
