I think it'd be a nice option to be able to move a NEW competition from public to group. As long as no one has entered that isn't in the group yet, basically.

I don't think so. Moving a comp to a group would have its technical problems.

If you're prior service then 5 out of our 7 captains are prior service. That isn't exactly coincidence, however.
