I think it'd be a nice option to be able to move a NEW competition from public to group. As long as no one has entered that isn't in the group yet, basically.

I implement a two-strike policy. If someone in the group acts like a jerk, I will warn them. The seconds time, I'll boot them out of our group. This won't deter them from repeat offenses but...
